Synopsis

This is the MOUNTAIN BIKING Mission Leader’s Guide. People have been riding bicycles for around 200 years and versions of all-terrain bikes for almost 150. This Mission will help prepare the Battalion for the adventure of mountain biking.

Mountain Biking has a total of 4 weeks of materials. 

Required Materials:

  • 3 Tennis balls or similar small balls/beanbags
  • Bike/mountain bike
  • Bike repair stand, if possible
