In this MISSION, the young men will learn about the aerodynamics and construction of model rockets, either building from scratch or using kits.
During this MISSION, the young men in your Battalion will:
Understand that the universe was created by God with a specific and intricate design.
God also has a plan for our lives.
Recognize that God created us in His image, capable of discerning and gaining knowledge of the universe around us.
Realize that science does not contradict a Christian worldview but, rather, it can enhance our faith.
Show the importance of perseverance through difficulties and challenges in pursuit of the truth.

Bulk pack engines
Model Rocket Launcher
For building from scratch:
Manila folders, letter size - 2 per rocket
Glue
Masking tape
Duct tape
Scissors
Sharp Craft Knives (Exacto or other)
Rulers
Pencils
Compasses (geometry)
Clothes pins or small paper binder clasps
Glue brushes
Hot glue guns
Empty toilet paper or paper towel tubes
Needle nose pliers
Paper clips (large)
2 inch sections of drinking straw doe launch guides
Plastic store bags for parachutes or streamers
Thread, dental floss, or braided fishing line

Intermediate or advanced model rocket kits
