Synopsis

During this MISSION the young men in your Battalion will gain knowledge of First Aid and how to be prepared to provide proper immediate medical care for injured victims and those with health issues. The Battalion members will also grow in a true passion for those in need, recognizing the biblical principle of caring “for the least of these” (referred to by Jesus in Matthew 25:40).

First Aid has 4 weeks of materials, with an optional Week 5 outing. 

Required Materials:

• Medical gown, gloves, & goggles
• Branches or pole for splint materials 
• Rope
• Gauze
• Ace bandage
• Bandana or triangular bandage 
• Cling wrap
• Tape 
• 3 clean t-shirts 
• 10 numbered cards
• Dodgeball 
• Burn ointment
• Kling bandage
