Welcome to the PADDLESPORTS - HUMILITY Module. In this Module, you will teach the boys how to paddle a small personal watercraft.

This Leaders Guide focuses on canoes because most Stockades have access to canoes through their regional camp. But you may also choose kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, or rafts–whichever type of boat works best for your group. When you have finished the Module, take the boys on an paddling trip to a nearby lake or calm river.

The Biblical Truth is Humility, which begins with a proper understanding of who God is and how we relate to him. Humility is an attitude that puts other people first and leads us to action.

This Stockade Leader’s Guide has a corresponding Outpost Adventures Guide that contains several Achievements the boys can do at home, or as part of a small group in their post meeting. These two resources are designed to work together to give your boys an exciting, spiritually-balanced learning experience.

Make sure you have a Paddlesports Outpost Adventures Guide on hand for each boy, as several of the Post Meeting activities use pages from this guide.
