The Trail Head of the achievement path starts at Observer. This updated version of the tried and true introduction to Battalion has been refreshed. The Observer Manual will help each participant launch into the Adventure that is Battalion.

Discipleship is the essential goal of Brigade, and Battalion achievement is your quintessential resource for intentionally discipling young men.

The Observer booklet is your resource to introduce new guys to the Battalion program and to Battalion achievement.

 The new Observer looks the same on the outside, but has been refreshed and updated inside. It has less words and more graphics to better engage young teen guys. This new Observer also introduces the Seven Points of Valor.

 We want to encourage you to begin a journey of discipleship on solid footing and continue it with Adventure Trails, Leadership Trails, and Herald of Christ. Observer will establish core elements of relationship building with adult mentors and the Battalion format that will help your men successfully take young men on a journey to Christian maturity in all areas of life.
